Account controls

Export first. Delete when you mean it.

House & Hour provides both controls inside the signed-in app.

Export your data

  1. Open House & Hour and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Privacy and account data.
  4. Select Export my data and save the resulting file somewhere private.

Delete permanently

  1. From Privacy and account data, select Delete account permanently.
  2. Review the warning and confirm Delete permanently.
  3. Wait for the confirmation before removing the app.

This deletes the cloud account, profiles, birth details, readings, journals, reports, and other associated House & Hour data. It cannot be undone. Removing the app without completing these steps does not delete the account.

If you cannot use the app

Email privacy@meridianalmanac.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request.” We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a password or identity document unless we provide a secure, necessary method.
